Office Manager (Temporary Maternity Leave Cover)
Part Time

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented Office Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
• General administrative management, including phone reception
• Managing office supply orders and vendor coordination
• Assisting with HR tasks: employee onboarding, attendance reports, etc.
• Providing administrative support to various company departments (Finance, Management, Operations)
• Organizing company events and employee welfare activities
• Ensuring orderliness and proper maintenance of the work environment

Requirements:
• experience in office management or administration
• Full proficiency in computer applications (Office, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, high service orientation
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll – an advantage

Position scope: Part-time, Sunday–Thursday (maternity leave cover)
