Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent, energetic sales and marketing professional who understands customers and knows how to build professional sales processes. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales and lead marketing and sales initiatives both domestically (mainly in the Haredi and religious sectors) and internationally (Europe, the US, and Jewish communities worldwide).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the sales network in Israel – salons, B2B, Haredi and religious audiences
- Lead global sales processes – relationships with distributors, exhibitions, collaborations
- Manage leads, clients, and CRM on a day-to-day basis
- Support the creation of marketing materials, promotions, and digital campaigns
- Monitor and track progress toward achieving targets
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (at least 3 years) – preference for B2B and B2C experience
- Experience in international markets – a significant advantage
- Understanding of marketing – campaign planning, audience engagement, performance analysis
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English – additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and marketing tools – an advantage
- Ability to travel within Israel and attend exhibitions abroad as needed
