The apartment has a private entrance, a balcony, and a spacious shared area with an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a washing machine.
The available room is furnished and suitable for one person.
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to buses and the light rail to the city center, as well as to beautiful walking trails and the Emek Lavan promenade.
