We’re looking for a VIP Customer Support Associate to join our team at our Har Tuv B offices.
This is an in-office position with evening hours:
Mon to Thurs | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Location: Har Tuv B, Beit Shemesh
Who we’re looking for:
- Fluent English speaker (required)
- Tech - savvy, quick learner, and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone and email
- Provide product information, troubleshoot basic issues, and support service-related questions
- Coordinate closely with technical and sales teams to ensure fast and accurate responses
- Assist with order processing, quotes, and installation or service coordination
- Maintain organized and detailed records in our CRM
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a strong support experience
