The company has a small Israel service office for a UK real-estate business.
· Maintain spreadsheet of transactions and liaise with external accountants.
· Process staff timesheets and liaise with external accountants who provide payroll service.
· Ad-hoc assistance in dealing with office suppliers.
· Ad-hoc assistance in dealing with their bank.
The effort required is circa half a day a week. There are approximately 400 transactions during the whole year.
The work will be done on the computer server which can be accessed remotely from the person’s home / other pace of work.
Requires a high-level of Hebrew and English, spoken and written.
Ideally the person should live/work near Raanana, where the office is situated, otherwise anywhere in the greater Tel Aviv area is suitable.
Most of the time will be working from home or other place of work rather the Raanana office.
