You will:

  • Act as a first point of contact and support HR issues and inquiries, and proactively meet with employees
  • Own various aspects of the employee lifecycle for Israel employees, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage employee data accurately on various systems including Excel and Workday HRIS
  • Assist members of HR, Operations, and Finance with HR-related tasks
  • Initiate, coordinate, and manage various employee welfare programs, including health and wellness initiatives, social activities, all-hands, happy hours and employee recognition events. This includes maintaining accurate records and reports related to employee programs and creating event surveys

You have:

  • 3+ years relevant experience, working in HR Operations including 2 years managing employee welfare programs or HR-related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Metrics and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, fluent in both English and Hebrewa must
  • Tech savvy with great knowledge of MO Suite and Expert in Microsoft Excel

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Worked with Workday HRIS system
  • Knowledge of IL employment laws will be an added advantage

This position requires being on-site 4 times a week in our Jerusalem office
