E-commerce Operations Specialist (Office-Based) – Jerusalem
A growing baby products company is looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem.
📋 Requirements:
Native English speaker – mandatory
🛒 Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central – mandatory
🛍️ Experience managing Shopify stores
📦 Experience with inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment
💻 Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
📌 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
🤝 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
📱 Experience with Instagram and social media – an advantage
💼 Responsibilities:
🛒 Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central
🛍️ Manage and maintain the Shopify store
📦 Oversee inventory, shipments, logistics, and order fulfillment
📊 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses
🌍 Communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners in Israel and abroad
📈 Generate reports and support business operations
📱 Assist with Instagram and social media activities (advantage)
📍 Location: Jerusalem
