Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of 5-10
* Make sure the sales team hit their KPIs
* Hire salespeople
* Take on larger clients

Qualifications
* 5 years of sales management experience minimum
* Marketing knowledge required
* Social media knowledge required
* Service industry experience is a plus
* Good communication skills
* Motivational Leader
* Native Level English
