Part-Time Job: Hebrew speaking Case Manager
Basic requirements: Fluent Hebrew, ability to work in Tel Aviv (where The Center for Deaf-Blind Persons is located) plus travel as needed to clients across the country. Experience working with people – especially the elderly/deaf/blind is a plus.
About the position: We are looking for a part-time Case Manager for a meaningful role working directly with people. Our clients are senior citizens with a dual sensory impairment (both hearing and vision loss).
Core Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and mapping the unique needs of each client.
* Adapting our organization’s services to fit their individual needs.
* Maintaining ongoing, continuous communication with them, their families, and relevant professionals.
