We build scalable growth engines by combining people, processes, technology, and proven outreach systems.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to help build this division alongside the founder. This is an opportunity to grow into a key leadership role while helping shape the future of the company.

We're in the early stages of building this division, which means you'll have the opportunity to help shape how it's built from the ground up.

Position Summary

The Director of Growth Operations will work directly with the founder to build and scale our outsourced sales and growth division.

While the long-term vision is to build and manage growth systems for multiple clients, your initial focus will be helping one of our clients—a specialized psychiatric treatment center—grow through strategic referral partnerships and education about its innovative treatment options.

You'll begin by personally learning and executing our outreach process. Once you've mastered it, you'll recruit, train, and lead a team that can scale these systems across additional clients.

This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to help build a company. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support from the founder while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

Current Responsibilities

Referral Partnership Development

  • Build relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, primary care providers, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct introductory calls, presentations, and meetings with prospective referral partners.
  • Coordinate educational visits and lunch-and-learns for physicians.
  • Establish and maintain long-term referral partnerships.

Sales, Growth & Team Leadership

  • Personally build referral partnerships to gain a deep understanding of our outreach process.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage outreach staff as the program grows.
  • Develop scripts, systems, and best practices that can be replicated across clients.
  • Coach team members and monitor performance to ensure outreach goals are met.
  • Personally engage key prospects when appropriate while supporting the team.
  • Help launch and oversee referral growth programs for future clients.
  • Create systems that allow the company to grow with less day-to-day involvement from the founder.

Systems & Operations

  • Become proficient in our CRM and outreach systems.
  • Manage pipelines, reporting, and follow-up processes.
  • Train team members on CRM usage and operational workflows.
  • Improve systems and automations to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in operations, business development, outreach, sales management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or managing people.
  • Comfortable recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
