Position Summary
The Director of Growth Operations will work directly with the founder to build and scale our outsourced sales and growth division.
While the long-term vision is to build and manage growth systems for multiple clients, your initial focus will be helping one of our clients—a specialized psychiatric treatment center—grow through strategic referral partnerships and education about its innovative treatment options.
You'll begin by personally learning and executing our outreach process. Once you've mastered it, you'll recruit, train, and lead a team that can scale these systems across additional clients.
This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to help build a company. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support from the founder while taking on increasing responsibility as the business grows.
