We are seeking a qualified, talented, and experienced candidate to join our US tax consulting team within our US Tax Desk. This role will allow the candidate to develop as a tax adviser and broaden their US tax knowledge and research skills across a wide range of clients.
What you will be doing:
- Preparation of US tax memoranda on a range of topics including permanent establishment, treaty eligibility, withholding, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
- Performing US tax due diligence on a variety of companies within different sectors.
- Performing PFIC analyses.
- Reviewing US tax provisions.
- Performing ad hoc research as client questions arise on both tax consulting and compliance-related questions.
Essential Skill and Experience:
- Qualified US CPA.
- Experience working in US corporate tax.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
