We are seeking a full time Account Manager to expertly handle, guide, and close the high volume of inbound leads generated through our sophisticated marketing and lead generation system.
The position will be 100% remote/work for the foreseeable future. Full time, during US (New York) working hours.
The Account Manager role is about closing sales and then keeping the resulting accounts happy. It is about providing great support and sophisticated guidance to both leads and accounts.
Specific responsibilities will include:
● Fielding inbound leads via telephone, email, texts, etc
● Converting leads to accounts(closing sales) by expertly guiding them through our services and unique selling proposition.
● Entering leads and closed accounts into CRM
● Maintain client satisfaction during and after projects
● Escalate client/account problems/issues to our project management team.
● Continuous monitoring of projects for quality, budget, & deadline compliance
● Track lead and client interactions in our CRM and Project Management software.
