We are a global online gaming company, focusing on marketing brands by multiple channels.

The team utilizes multiple techniques in the fields of SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Web & Mobile Design, Branding.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our amazing growing team.


  • Ø Recruitment of new affiliates
  • Ø Account managing a portfolio of affiliate partners by multiple channels (email, phone, Skype, WhatsApp) to maximize revenue generation
  • Ø Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month by month, and negotiating bespoke commercial deals where it’s necessary to attract additional revenue
  • Ø Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity and reporting ROI of campaigns
  • Ø Working with designers and web developers to deliver marketing assets to optimize acquisition marketing opportunities via affiliate sites
  • Ø Creating affiliate promotions and incentives to keep existing affiliates actively promoting our sites
  • Ø Creating strategy briefs and campaign marketing activities for affiliates (mainly for the leading ones)
  • Ø Monitoring and participating in main affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships – locally and abroad
  • Ø Front line contact with existing affiliates – handling queries, commercial negotiations, affiliate support, and FAQ responses
  • Ø Maintaining full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing initiatives
  • Ø Report regularly on performance vs plans
  • Ø Conducting competitor research and monitoring industry updates
  • Ø Exploring new markets

Required Qualifications

  • Ø Experience as an affiliate manager for at least 3 years – must
  • Ø Previous experience gained in online gaming – must
  • Ø Strong experience and understanding of online marketing and acquisition channels in the European market – must
  • Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – must
  • Ø Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills
  • Ø Experience and proven records in recruiting Non-UK affiliates – a huge advantage
  • Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ø Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and bring results
  • Ø High motivation and dedication, eager and proactive
  • Ø Excel – very good level
  • Ø BA in economics/business management/industrial management – advantage
