₪18,000–₪20,000 gross/month + performance bonus

Affiliated Utilities is hiring a commercially minded Corporate Account Manager to manage corporate utility clients.

This is not a cold-calling sales role. It is a B2B client-management role involving renewals, pricing, contracts, supplier coordination, billing/metering issue resolution, service follow-up, client retention and account growth.

Ideal for a native or near-native English speaker in Israel with experience in B2B account management, client success, procurement, property, facilities management, utilities, brokerage or complex service delivery.

You must be highly organised, commercially aware, confident with corporate clients and excellent at follow-up.

Energy or utilities experience is a strong advantage, but we will also consider strong corporate account managers from other B2B service environments.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate utility clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with key client contacts.
  • Support clients through energy procurement and contract renewals.
  • Work with pricing teams to obtain market pricing and supplier offers.
  • Present pricing options clearly and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Manage contract acceptance, signature, supplier submission and go-live.
  • Coordinate with billing, metering and tenant-charging teams.
  • Track client issues and ensure follow-up through to resolution.
  • Help resolve billing issues, meter queries, site changes and service problems.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and workflow records.
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow client accounts.

What we're looking for

  • B2B account management, client success, procurement, property, facilities management, utilities, brokerage or complex service-delivery experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confidence dealing with corporate clients.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort discussing pricing, contracts and renewals.
  • High level of organisation and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Calm, professional communication style.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort using CRM/workflow systems.
