Pantry Packers operates a packing plant in Jerusalem where visitors and tourists help pack food staples for needy families across Israel. We are the food distribution arm of Colel Chabad, Israelβs oldest continuously operating network of social services (established 1788).
Weβre building a new sales team and looking for motivated early-career candidates who are highly coachable and eager to learn. Great opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.
POSITION π
- Combination of Israel & US hours (afternoon & night hours)
- Full-time, Sunday β Thursday (40 hours/week)
RESPONSIBILITIES π
- Increase product sales (including, but not limited to, Roadshows, Visits, Mitzvah Projects)
- Connect with leads on a weekly basis
- Build meaningful relationships with returning clients and potential leads
- Research & generate leads
- (Including worldwide Youth Groups, Schools, Synagogues, Jewish Educators, Hebrew Schools, Federations, & Israeli companies)
- Document all interactions in the database
- Ensure a clean handoff of the sale to other departments
REQUIREMENTS π
- Native English speaker required (Hebrew fluency an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sales, fundraising, or nonprofit experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems and documenting all client interactions
- Available for evening calls with leads & able to work from a quiet workspace (Wi-Fi/phone)
- Experience with Salesforce (an advantage)
