London Bridge College is expanding its team of Early Years professionals and is looking for experienced, passionate tutors to join our growing network of experts delivering Early Years Diploma courses in Israel.
This role combines teaching, mentoring, assessment and workplace support, working with students who are training to become Early Years practitioners and managers.
Role Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching sessions in English

Support and mentor Early Years students throughout their studies

Visit students in their workplace to observe practice and provide constructive feedback

Assess and grade assignments in line with course criteria

Maintain clear reports and student progress documentation

Act as a professional point of guidance and support for learners
Essential Requirements
-
Master’s Degree in Early Years / Early Childhood Education (or closely related field)

Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

Proven experience presenting to groups

Strong ability to give professional, supportive feedback

Experience working directly with Early Years settings (nurseries, kindergartens, childcare centres)
Desirable Qualities

Experience in tutoring or adult education

Familiarity with assessment and grading processes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Organised, reliable, and professional approach
