What we cover:
Week 1 (February 16): Communication and Networking
Learn how to speak clearly and confidently without over-explaining or second-guessing yourself. We focus on how to build the foundations of recognizing what value you bring to the table. Learn how to then translate that into an impactful resume and how to network as a frum woman in the workplace.
Week 2 (February 23): Self-Advocacy & Raises
This week focuses on advocating for yourself calmly, including preparing for conversations to ask for a raise, answering tough questions, and speaking up without freezing or over-justifying.
Week 3 (March 2): Boundaries & Tricky Moments
You’ll learn how to set boundaries respectfully, handle awkward situations, and navigate being part of a team thoughtfully as a frum woman.
