We’re looking for a hands-on President with a strong technology background to lead a growing tech company from A-Z. This is not a traditional executive role. We need someone who understands technology, can work closely with developers and technical teams, and is comfortable getting involved in the details when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, growth, and profitability
- Oversee the business from A-Z, including sales, operations, finance, clients, and team management
- Work closely with technical teams and understand the company’s technology, products, and systems
- Provide business and technical direction and help evaluate technology solutions
- Drive business development, partnerships, and client relationships
- Identify problems, make decisions, and implement solutions
- Build and manage high-performing teams
- Take ownership of whatever is needed to move the company forward
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership, President, GM, COO, or similar role
- IT knowledge and experience working with technical teams
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts, products, systems, and software
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, A-Z mindset
- Strong business acumen with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take full ownership
- Excellent English
- Based in Israel with flexibility for US-hour overlap
- Willing and able to travel to the US approximately every 1–2 months
