Position Overview
This is not a traditional fundraising position. We are looking for a relationship builder who can develop strategic partnerships, strengthen donor relationships, build community engagement, and help create the infrastructure for Navah’s long-term growth.
The position will begin at 50% employment for the first three months, with the expectation of expanding to approximately 80%, based on organizational needs and performance.
Qualifications:
Develop partnerships with Jewish communities, synagogues, organizations, and businesses in Israel and the United States.
Build and lead Navah’s Community Ambassador Program.
Review and strengthen Navah’s donor database and donor stewardship strategy.
Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors and partners.
Develop meaningful engagement opportunities for visitors, delegations, and supporters.
Explore strategic collaborations that increase Navah’s visibility, sustainability, and fundraising opportunities.
Coordinate growth initiatives from planning through implementation.
Oversee updates to the English website and coordinate with external marketing and digital professionals to ensure all materials support Navah’s development goals.

Preferred experience: nonprofit development, community engagement, partnerships, donor relations, project management, or business development
