Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Yerushalayim
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in-office. 2-3 hours in the evening remote
Additional hours may be completed in-office or remotely.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring goals and pipelines remain strong and on track.
- Collaborate with customer service and onboarding teams to create seamless client experiences.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes to bring structure and efficiency to daily operations.
- Serve as the communication bridge between sales and other internal departments.
- Mentor, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective targets
Qualifications
- Managerial experience in sales is strongly preferred;
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and improve processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support.
- Self-starter with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
