The Personal Assistant to the CEO is a full-time hybrid role based in Chemed, with the flexibility to work from home on most days. The person in this role will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, organize travel, and prepare briefings and documents to ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively. Daily tasks include handling correspondence, screening calls, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining organized records and files. The role also involves assisting with personal tasks as needed, supporting follow-up on key action items, and helping prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials. The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and represent the CEO in a professional, courteous manner.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including handling personal and professional tasks with discretion and reliability.
Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating complex calendars and meetings.
Solid Clerical Skills, including accurate filing, data entry, document preparation, Bookeeping and record keeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew both at mother tongue level; additional languages are an advantage.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills when interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar and video conferencing tools).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
Relevant experience in real estate or a similar industry is an advantage;
