Administrative Secretary for Real Estate Developer

Duties include assisting with email responses, scheduling, project management, and more.

Experience working as a personal assistant or office manager

Ability to take the initiative and complete tasks independently

Ability to think outside the box

Top communication skills

  • Daily interaction with suppliers and clients
  • Follow up with suppliers and clients and monitoring the progress
  • Complete projects and meet all deadlines
  • Perform due diligence, research, prepare related reports.
  • Multi-task effectively and manage time efficiently

Requirements:

  • Excellent/fluent English and Hebrew, both spoken and written French is an advantage
  • MS Word, Excel, Gmail
  • Typing skills English and Hebrew of 65 wpm or more
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated
  • Customer service focused
  • Friendly, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Sun-Thu 9 am - 5 pm
