As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients and have the opportunity to set the tone for the client experience. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our suite of commercial funding products, including business loans, and lines of credit. 


Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other innovative methods to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects.

Maintain a deep understanding of the industry and our competitors.

Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quota of generating qualified leads.


Must be able to work North American Business Hours (PST or EST) 

Proven inside sales experience, (experience in the financial services or commercial lending industry a plus)

Strong phone presence and experience in making high volume calls per day.

Proficient with corporate productivity and sales presentations.

Experience working with CRM and Dialer systems. (Call Tools & Monday CRM)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
