Job Description:

  • Managing and maintaining the Chairman’s dynamic day-to-day schedule.
  • Managing Chairman’s on-going strategic projects.
  • Preparing materials for meetings, delegations, and conventions.
  • Handling international travel logistics.
  • Handling all logistics for meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or other administrative position, in a dynamic and high-paced environment.
  • English at a mother tongue level.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • B.A.
  • Experienced working with Office Software.
  • A problem solver, quick thinker, and executor.
  • A multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys working within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
  • Full-time position.
  • The role requires working in-office: Jerusalem (2-3 days), Tel Aviv (1-2 days), and flexibility for one day from home.
  • Excellent compensation package. Salary commensurate with experience.
