We are:

The Data group, comprised of Data Engineers and Data Analysts. We manage the ETL processes of our partner in the US, Cross River Bank, using SSIS, while our Data Analysts focus on reporting using SSRS to create beautiful dashboards for our end users. We are responsible for the data end of end from acquisition to delivery using cutting edge technology. We deal with large amounts of tables with billions of rows, focused on data ingestion, SQL store procedures and creating data flows.

You will:

· Use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), as well as Tableau and Domo to create organized reports and beautiful dashboards

· Analyze and process large amounts of quantitative data and provide actionable insights to the business

· Design, develop, optimize, maintain and support ETL processes us ing data warehouse design best practices and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to integrate data from multiple source systems into a Data Warehouse, cleansing data, transforming and loading data from multiple formats using SSIS and stored procedures

· Modify databases according to requests and perform tests

· Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices

· Solve database usage issues and malfunctions

· Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements

· Research and suggest new database products, services and protocols to improve productivity, performance and enable deeper, more scalable solutions

· Document procedures for all tools / processes you create

·Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Developers and business stakehold ers on requirements and functional specifications to understand business priorities and translate requirements

You have:

· At least 3 years of experience with SSRS

· In-depth, hands on experience with SQL

· Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications

· Proven experience with data warehousing, database design, and proficiency in DWH methodologies and best practices

· An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and a problem-solving attitude

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English to be able to work hand-in-hand and communicate with the team in the US

It’s a bonus if you have:

· Experience working with SSIS as an ETL tool

· Hands-on experience with programming languages like C# or Python

· Knowledge of Hadoop or Big data

· Experience from the banking/finance industry

· Experience owning the data development process end-to-end

· Hands-on experience in a multitude of domains such as business intelligence, big data, database tuning, application optimization, security, virtual computing and storage, incident tracking, and general database administration
