We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Success Specialist - ideally a nurse or physician - to lead our clinical presence during product implementations and commercial rollouts. You’ll spend around 50% of your time at clinical sites around the world, working directly with clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and real-time support.
This role centers on travel and site engagement, making you the go-to contact for clinicians during the earliest and most critical phase of product use. You’ll also contribute to the creation and delivery of educational content for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and user experiences.
