ISRAEL (WFH): Remote Registered Dietician (RDN) Position
Trebuchet is looking to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) on behalf of a prestigious medical referral agency client. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting clients' nutrition assessment forms, providing personalized dietary recommendations, and supporting clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. The ultimate objective is to insure accuracy and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage incoming RDN-related calls, emails, and live chats
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide timely and appropriate solutions; follow up to insure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow industry and company procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to make sure that every customer has a positive experience
Qualifications:
- Confident, cheerful and enthusiastic phone manner
- Excellent mother-tongue, unaccented command of spoken and written English
- Ability to quickly learn client offerings and processes and discuss them with customers
- Strong command of basic computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ready for a challenge
- Have fully completed all the CDR and ACEND requirements for RDN
- New York State Licensure is a strong plus
- Previous experience as an RDN is a strong plus
Terms:
- You must be eligible to legally work in the USA
- You must have a quiet work environment, a strong internet connection and a fully equipped home office, including a state-of-the-art Windows computer and accessories, including a video camera and headset
- Work hours are Sunday – Thursday 3:00pm – 10:00pm Israel Time
