Be'eri Gurtler Har-Tuv is a mortgage consultant and economist based in Israel. Through Beeri Finance (formerly IREC), he works with clients in Israel and abroad, specializing in mortgages for Americans and other foreign residents buying in Israel, Olim, self-employed borrowers and investors. A former Mizrahi-Tefahot mortgage banker from a family of Olim, he has lectured to bank mortgage departments on foreign buyers.
