What you'll be doing:
Dealing with all employee issues including payroll, vacation/sick days, recruiting, and helping staff resolve challenges.
Who you are:
Understand human nature, caring, good listener, detail oriented, a people person, organized, patient, and diligent. Preference to those with at least 2 years experience in HR or other relevant job experience.
