Role Overview:
The Speaker Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, inviting, and securing speakers for our conferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential speakers who are leaders in their fields.
- Proactively reach out to and secure commitments from targeted speakers.
- Manage communications and relationships with speakers before, during, and after events.
- Work with the programming team to ensure speaker lineups align with event themes and objectives.
- Track outreach, confirmations, and speaker logistics in an organized manner.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to engage and secure commitments from senior-level professionals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building.
- Prior experience in event production, recruiting, sales, partnerships, or conference programming is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
