What We’re Looking For:
🧑🤝🧑 A couple – the wife as dorm mother, the husband in maintenance, gardening, and guidance
📖 Torah-observant background or ba’alei teshuva of at least 5 years
🗣️ Fluent Hebrew
💬 Intuition, sensitivity, and strong communication skills
✨ Joy in guiding women toward a life of Torah and mitzvot
🌿 Love for the land and hands-on work
📚 Bonus: Ability to tutor and teach Torah and/or gardening workshops
