OZ VE'GAON ZOOM LECTURE IN ENGLISH - with Atty. Simcha Rothman
Dear Friends,
We are happy to invite you to view our last fascinating Zoom lecture in English, with Atty. Simcha Rothman. Video: https://youtu.be/G0AAR4qjh6s
Adv. Simcha Rothman, founder of the Movement for Governance and Democracy. 39 years old, grew up in Bnei Brak and lives in Pnei Kedem in Gush Etzion ● Married to Hannah, a researcher at MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute) and father of five ● Owner of the law firm "Rotman-Lev", together with his partner Adv. Zeev ● One of the founders of the Movement for Governance and Democracy, and serves as its legal advisor ● The movement wages a struggle to separate the judicial system from the political system, after in recent years the boundaries between the legal system on its various branches and the authority of elected officials have blurred. * Simcha has published the book "The High Court Party", in which he analyzes Supreme Court rulings illuminating the creeping government theft committed by the judiciary, which threatens to make Israel a state where the people do not rule, elected officials are not considered, and the government is actually in the hands of jurists that no one has elected.
Simcha was chosen as one of the 100 most influential people by The Marker magazine.
Title of the lecture: The Ruling Party of Bagatz- How Israel Became a Lergatocracy.
