Mike's Place Jerusalem is looking for an office manager. This is a part-time position of between 100-110 hours per week at 45 shekel per hour. Hours are flexible around the 9:00am to 1:00 pm core. The work environment is fun, youthful, supportive and haimish.
Required skills are fluency in Hebrew and English as well as Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the finances and human recourses of 4 small businesses in the hospitality sector. Overseeing inventory, receiving, and billing. Liaising with the accountant and suppliers.
Required personality traits are honesty, thoroughness, and dedication.
