Director of Operations

Remote | Israel | Full-Time | US Hours

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Director of Operations to support the day-to-day operations of a growing healthcare company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations across the business
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
• Manage and support a remote team based in South Africa
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
• Work closely with leadership to keep projects and operations on track

Requirements:

• Previous operations or project coordination experience
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
• Based in Israel and available to work full-time US hours
