• Handle outbound and inbound collection calls for Israel‑based accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and manage account follow‑ups
• Update client information accurately in our systems
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet performance and compliance goals
🔹 Requirements
• Must read and write Hebrew fluently
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong communication skills; English is an advantage
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced workflow
• Reliable, driven, and comfortable working in a high‑volume environment
