Virtual CFO Services company located in Jerusalem seeks a tech-savvy, enthusiastic individual to join this fast-growing business. Work from home position with some time at the Jerusalem-based office required. 30-40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Bookkeeping services for US and Australian clients
  • Maintain accounting records for the company
  • Administrative functions for the company

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and bookkeeping software
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency in G-Suite
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent English


Preferred

  • Good Hebrew
  • Familiarity with the following applications:
    • Asana
    • Slack
    • QuickBooks Desktop
    • QuickBooks Online
    • Xero


This is a junior position in the company with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and advance to a senior role.
