Human Resources & Office Manager

Condor Pacific Ltd. is a Jerusalem-based company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced inertial systems for the defense and aerospace industries. We are seeking a Human Resources & Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO and work in close partnership with senior management.
  • End-to-end HR activities, including recruitment (sourcing and interviewing) and onboarding.
  • Employee experience and welfare, including planning and coordinating company events, trips, BBQs and happy hours.
  • Office management, including coordination of shipments and daily operations such as lunch orders, office supplies and general facilities needs.
  • Export control and regulatory coordination (API – Israeli Defense Export Control Agency), including learning and managing outgoing shipments, import/export processes and marketing licenses with the relevant authorities.
  • Onsite role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree – required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR / Office Manager / Operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • High level of responsibility, service orientation and attention to detail.
