Our client is a growing behavioral health company with a fast-paced team focused on scaling Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) hiring. You'll own the full recruiting process and help drive meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment.

Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for RBT roles, from job posting to final offer
• Handle high-volume outreach (45+ candidates/week and growing)
• Communicate the company’s value and culture to attract and excite top talent
• Use intuition and people skills to assess candidate fit
• Bonus: Support sourcing efforts to build candidate pipeline

Requirements:

• Experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting (required)
• Strong communication and sales instincts
• Sharp judgment and strong interpersonal intuition
• Reliable, mature, and grounded presence

Remote (within Israel)

20-30 hours a week, most of the time over US hours.
