Description:
This role includes day-to-day administrative management of an academic program, coordination with students, faculty, and vendors; managing internal information systems (attendance, grades, student files); organizing recurring events; overseeing the scholarship system and handling student reimbursements; and preparing regular reports for institutional partners. The position also involves communication with international stakeholders and professional writing in English.
The position is based in Jerusalem
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree – required; Master's degree – an advantage
Proven administrative experience – required
Native-level Hebrew – speaking, reading, and writing
Native-level English – speaking, writing, and translating
Experience working in a global, English-speaking environment – strong advantage
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Availability for an 80% position
