A dynamic businessman and philanthropist is looking for someone to fill the position of his “right hand”!
This role requires supporting and working in close corridors in all aspects of his business, personal and charitable life, managing the Executive’s home complex and frequently changing diary, scheduling and coordinating calls and meetings, writing and editing e-mails on the Executive’s behalf, travel and holiday managing including booking flights, hotels and arranging the executive’s business travel and family holidays, managing various personal and family matters, dealing with legal documents and Board paperwork etc...
Bachelor’s degree - Required
At least 10 years’ experience as an Executive Personal Assistant - Required
Ability to work 9:30 am – 6 pm and additional work hours - Required
English mother tongue; fluent in spoken and written Hebrew - Required
