PUMA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to expand customer reach, strengthen brand awareness, and drive online sales performance.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.).
Analyze campaign data and consumer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.
Align marketing strategies with PUMAโs global brand direction and positioning.
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or director-level role.
Strong understanding of digital strategy, e-commerce, performance marketing, and brand communication.
Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills in English or Thai (knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus).
