We have spent much of the last year building up our digital presence, successfully growing our online engagement exponentially. Thanks to this success, we are hiring a Digital Communications Manager to help carry these efforts forward to the next stage.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the execution of global marketing communications initiatives including alumni engagement, program launches, mixed-media campaigns, conferences and events, social media presence, organization website, public relations, internal and external communication, online learning platforms.
  • Edit and monitor online subscription platforms.
  • Manage technical elements of digital program delivery.
  • Implement a strategic internal and external communications strategy.
  • Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching targets.
  • Manage brand delivery and consistency across all organizational materials.
  • Managing relationships with outside vendors for outsourced projects as necessary.
  • Implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with management, program faculty, and staff.

Requirements:

  • English – mother tongue, Hebrew – mother tongue equivalent
  • BA or comparable degree.
  • Three-Five years experience in managing digital platforms and media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, email marketing platforms, marketing automation platforms (WordPress, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc), and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Ability to evaluate the performance of media campaigns.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and thorough.
  • Identifies with values of the organization.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A “People Person” with a positive, confident, “can-do” attitude.
  • Available to start before/by June 1, 2021.

This is a 50%–full-time position. Work can be done from home or at the organization’s offices in the Jerusalem city center.

Hours are flexible as long as deadlines are met. Occasional evening hours may be required for staff meetings and events.

Full-time salary range: 9,000–11,000 NIS per month
