Job Title: Senior Developer

Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in C# .NET and SQL to join our development team in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in software development and a proven track record in team and project management. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a critical role in leading development projects, mentoring junior team members and cooperating with other senior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality software solutions using C# .NET and SQL
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and goals are met
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software systems
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management
Requirements:
- Native-level English
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET and SQL
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
