The apartment is located at 45 Shaulzon Street / 22 Menahem Mendel Mishklov Street, in the center of Har Nof (directly across from the Yesh supermarket and directly adjacent to the medical center on Shaulzon) but facing a quiet parking road, so it’s a very quiet apartment. It has four bedrooms, including a regulation safe room (mama”d tikni), of which almost none exist in the vicinity; two full bathrooms, both with a sink and a toilet, one with a full-size bathtub and one with a shower stall; a kosher kitchen, with two separate sinks and cabinets; a living room; a utility terrace; and a sukkah terrace. There’s also a gas-operated heating system (“Junkers”) for radiators and unlimited hot water, besides the solar panels and electric water heater. It’s available for very long-term rental (we’re happy to sign a multi-year lease “up front”).
