It has four bedrooms, including a regulation safe room (mama”d tikni), of which almost none exist in the vicinity; two full bathrooms, both with toilet and sink, one with a full-size bathtub and one with a shower stall; a kosher kitchen, with two separate sinks and cabinets; a living room; a utility terrace; and a sukkah terrace. It’s available for very long-term rental (we’re happy to sign a multi-year lease “up front”).
