Aish Global is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented accounts receivable controller to work under the direction of the controller and reconciling the accounting CRM with the fundraising database
Responsibilities
โข Receipting donations and other forms of income in accounting CRM
โข Monthly reconciliations of
- Donations in accounting CRM to Salesforce (Fundraising database)
- Credit card income
- Bank accounts and deposits
โข Following up on collection of
- pledges in conjunction with fundraising department
- invoices
โข Managing the tuition contract and collection process
โข Reviewing inputting of donor information in Salesforce and ensuring accuracy
โข Resolving customer/donor inquiries
โข A/R aging review
โข Assist in generating monthly revenue reports and other reports relevant to accounts receivable
Requirements
โข Qualified bookkeeper or accountant
โข High Level Excel Skills Required
โข Experience with working with a CRM
โข Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
โข Experience with non-profits a plus
โข Experience with Priority and/or Salesforce a plus
