Background: GDS Freight is a broker for international air freight that offers highly discounted rates to companies worldwide who ship internationally. It is a sister company of Betachon which specializes in reducing shipping costs with Fedex/UPS in the US.
- Handling all operations related to each shipment which requires contacting client or carrier to retrieve the necessary information/documents.
- Handling all quotes in the online portal to send to sales agent
- Providing support to all clients’ inquiries, including account set up issues, inactive accounts, and etc.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with various tasks, for example collecting overdue payment from customers.
- Other minor tasks that executive team assigns
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Support/Admin/operations
- Part time work from home with the option to be full time, based on performance.
- Mon - Thurs 3-9 pm
- Option to work from home
- Starting pay between $12 - 16/hr
