Payroll Specialist (English-Speaking)

About the Role
Preparation of full payroll and payslips, including overtime calculations, salary benefits, and reporting to authorities (Forms 102, 106, etc.)
Handling pensions, social benefits, and compliance with Israeli labor laws
Employee file management – onboarding, terminations, attendance reporting, vacation, sick leave, military reserve duty, and more
Providing ongoing support to employees and working closely with the company’s Director of Operations.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in payroll and employee administration
Full proficiency in Excel and the Office environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
High-level English (writing, and ongoing correspondence)
Experience with שיקלולית payroll software – an advantage
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
Scope: Up to 40 hours per month
