Junior Sales Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team at Kenco Label, a company specializing in print-on-demand applications (thermal and inkjet solutions). This role is an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to build a strong, long-term career in sales and customer relations within the print industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up on leads while creating quotes and tailored product solutions for customers
• Provide sales support for print-on-demand applications (thermal and inkjet)
• Handle data entry, answer phones, and manage live chat support
Requirements
• Native English speaker (fluent speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of ERP or CRM systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Hebrew is a plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
