This is your chance to fill the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.

You will provide high-level administrative support as the ‘right-hand’ of the CEO by handling everything from personal schedules to executive board meetings.

Your job will include performing clerical tasks, like accepting and making phone calls, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, sending memos, drafting and editing correspondence, reviewing incoming correspondence, and setting the CEO’s daily schedule. It is important that you are comfortable with technology, as well as advanced use of MS Office and G-Suite software, and are comfortable learning new programs.

You will also help manage the entire team’s tasks, and delegate assignments to them as required.
