Customer Success Specialist

BNR Consulting is a marketing consulting firm specializing in e-Commerce. We are looking to hire a talented and passionate Customer Success Specialist!

This role will work closely with the Customer Success Team to help us maintain wonderful relationships with our customers. If you are passionate about helping people, extremely organized and have a desire to grow in an exciting startup environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Direct customer support via email and other platforms
• Measuring and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Processing customer requests and complaints
• Data entry and tracking

Requirements:

• Familiarity with GSuite
• Must be motivated, organized, creative and efficient
• Team player though also able to work independently meet deadlines
• Passionate about customer service and relations
• Excited about working in a fast paced environment
• High-level English writing ability
• Customer service experience - a plus!
  

This is an in-office position from our Jerusalem city center offices with regular WFH opportunities.
